Ms. Duong Thi Mai Hoa, with more than 19 years of experience as a corporate lawyer, is a Counsel at LNT và Partners. She has successfully advised foreign investors and domestic companies in Vietnam on investment, banking & finance, M&A, và labor matters.

Prior to lớn joining LNT và Partners, she was the Deputy Director of Legal Department of Drilling Mud Corporation – DMC (a 700-employee subsidiary of Petro Vietnam) where she worked on corporate governance, HR management, M&A, dispute settlement & investment cooperation. She also previously worked as in-house counsel for a Japanese enterprise and advised on IRC, ERC, BL procedure in lubricant oil và grease, CC&CM & textile sectors.

Advised Petro Vietnam on internal regulation và procedure;
